Calligraphy: A Complete Guide
This is a calligraphy book that contains thorough instructions, details, and history of many historical scripts from roman times to modern day. It includes things like blackletter/gothic scripts, medieval uncial, roman scripts, and much more. A great guide for learning calligraphy but also learning about typography in general.
Coolors
Coolors is a color picking website that lets you pick a color and it generates a color palette to match. It also has a plethora of pre-built color palettes. Once you find a color you like you can lock it in and keep generating color palettes to match.

Adobe Fonts
Adobe Fonts is a massive library of fonts available to anyone with a creative cloud subscription. If you already are using adobe graphic design software, this is a great resource to get loads of cool fonts that are available and open to use, as long as they are on the site.

The Calligrapher's Bible
This book has 100 scripts and how to draw them, more than double that of Calligraphy: A Complete Guide, but it doesn’t go into as much detail for each one as that does. A great resource for finding new and cool typographies, and how to write them yourself.

Medieval Calligraphy: Its History and Technique
This book is a history of medieval writing scripts and techniques as well as scribes and their world. It is surprisingly entertaining at times, my favorite entry being the one about Titivillus, the patron demon of calligraphy who is responsible for spelling errors. Look no further if you want to learn about how our writing and printing practices came to be.

Foundations of Calligraphy
This book is less of a compendium and more of an intensive course on learning and becoming good at calligraphy. The author teaches you how to analyze script and gives you steps to practice and master the art. The book also features a lot of her artworks.
